1. What is the restriction for the trial version of GL2K?
  User can use GL2K for 30 days after installation and user cannot input more than 200 debit/credit transactions for each company.

2. How to obtain support?
 

User can have free phone support within 2 months after registration during the office hours (10:00am ~ 1:00pm | 2:00pm ~ 5:00pm from Monday to Friday, Public Holiday Off). Alternatively, user can email their question/problem to: support@gl2k.com. User will usually be answered within 2 days.
